The Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) is designed to provide assistance to active duty personnel with Family member(s) who have special needs (educational or medical) before, during, and after relocation due to PCS orders.
ACS provides Families enrolled in EFMP
with information & referral services and advocacy.
Your Army Community Service EFMP Manager is available to assist with your special needs issues.
